Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at anitacjohnson@zoho.com.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
