Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at anitacjohnson@zoho.com.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
